History Is Calling
Dear friend,
Breaking news: Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has just announced the Voice to Parliament referendum will be held on Saturday 14 October.

Kooyong has already done more than any other community in the country to support the Voice. We have over 400 volunteers and have knocked on 11,000 doors.
Our volunteers and I are fired up and ready to go for the last 45 days of this historic campaign.
An army of volunteers from every part of this great nation are throwing all of their energy behind it. Now, my fellow Australians, you can vote for it.
I have been fighting hard for the Voice since the day I was elected.
I promised our community I would be a compassionate, inclusive representative who would fight not only for Kooyong, but also do what’s right to support the most vulnerable people in our country.

Doing what’s right is not always popular. But I wasn’t elected to be just another politician. I take seriously my responsibility to reflect the values of our community in everything I do.
While Peter Dutton’s Liberal Party plays politics in Canberra, we’re knocking on doors in Kooyong, having important and respectful conversations about the Australia we want for ourselves and for our children.
While Peter Dutton undermines our democracy by questioning the referendum results already, our community is educating our friends and neighbours about the Uluru Statement From The Heart.
While the Liberal Party sees the Voice as an opportunity to score political points against Labor, our community simply sees it as the right thing to do to improve health, education, workforce participation and economic outcomes for Aboriginal and First Nations Australians.
If you’re ready to join us, here’s what you can do:

I’ve never been prouder to represent this community. Thank you for your generous support.
Let’s do this, people.
